Delete your Intro10 account

Intro10 is a dating app by Go77 Technology LLC. You can delete your Intro10 account, or just some of your information, at any time.
In the app or on the website
- Open the Intro10 app, or go to intro10.com and sign in. If you don't remember your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap the gear (Settings) button at the top.
- Tap "Delete my account permanently" and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away. This can't be undone.
By email
If you can't sign in, email admin@intro10.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request so no one else can delete your account. We delete it within 7 days and email you when it's done.
Delete some of your information and keep your account
- Date ideas you shared: open Matches → Date ideas and tap Delete on the idea. It's deleted right away, with its photo.
- Religion, political views and allergies: open your profile and choose "Prefer not to say" for religion or political views, or clear your allergies. They're deleted right away.
- Anything else, such as your like and pass history, events you created, or merch orders: email admin@intro10.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete some of my data" and tell us what to delete. We delete it within 45 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.
Your name, birthdate, phone number, location and intro video are needed for your account to work. To remove those, delete your account.
What's deleted when you delete your account
Right away: your profile (name, birthdate, gender, phone number, location, height, bio and the other details you filled in), your intro video, likes, passes, matches, blocks, in-app alerts, change requests, events, RSVPs, date ideas (and their photos), merch order records, game scores, and your sign-in details.
What's kept, and for how long
- A small safety record: a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number, whether the account was banned, and the reports other members made about it. It's kept for 3 months, or 1 year if the account was banned, then deleted automatically. It stops banned people from signing up again.
- Reports you filed about other members are kept without your name attached, because they're about the other person's conduct.
- Feedback you sent us is kept without your name attached.
- Ad view and tap counts are kept only as anonymous totals.
- Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
- Error reports (technical details of something that went wrong, with your account ID) are deleted automatically within 90 days.
- Hosting logs and backups may keep information for a short time before they're overwritten.
Only want a break?
In Settings you can deactivate (pause) your account instead. It's hidden from everyone until you reactivate it, and nothing is deleted.
