This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how Go77 Technology LLC handles "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, and similar laws. It applies to everyone who uses Intro10.
The only health data we collect is allergy information that you choose to type into your profile. It's optional.
We don't collect other health information, and we don't try to infer anything about your health from your activity, photos, or video.
We only collect your allergy information if you check the box agreeing that we can collect it, and we only show it to other members if you separately check the box agreeing that we can share it. You need to agree to both to add allergies to your profile.
You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing your allergies in your profile. We delete them right away.
We use your allergy information only to show it on your profile to members who view it. We don't use it for matching, advertising, or anything else.
You. We only get allergy information from what you enter in the app or on the website.
We never sell health data, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Until you clear it, withdraw consent, or delete your account, whichever comes first. Then it's deleted right away, apart from short-lived hosting logs and backups that are overwritten on their own.
