These Advertiser Terms are an agreement between your business and Go77 Technology LLC ("we", "us"), which runs Intro10. They apply when you create an advertiser account or buy ads on Intro10. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them. They're separate from the Terms of Use for Intro10 members.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business you sign up. The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
We review every advertiser account before it can create ads, and we may decline an application for any lawful reason.
Every ad, and every change to an ad, is reviewed by our team before it runs. Changes to an approved ad don't take effect until they're approved; the approved version keeps running meanwhile. We may ask for changes, decline an ad, or remove a running ad at any time if it breaks these rules.
Your ad must be truthful, legal, and about your own business, and its link must go to your own website or page that matches the ad. You must own or have permission to use everything in it, including logos, pictures, and trademarks.
We don't accept ads for:
Ads for alcohol are accepted only from licensed bars, restaurants, and venues, and must not encourage excessive drinking.
Approving an ad doesn't mean we endorse your business. You're responsible for your ad and for everything you sell or offer.
Each ad runs either on its own monthly plan or on pay per view (below). The plan you choose sets how far from your ZIP code the ad reaches and how often it's shown. The plans and prices are shown in your advertiser account before you pay.
Your plan starts when your payment goes through and renews automatically every month on the same date, charging the card you gave, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices don't include any taxes that may apply.
You can switch an ad to a different plan at any time from your advertiser account. Moving to a more expensive plan takes effect right away: you're charged the difference for the rest of the current month, and the new price applies from your next renewal. Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal: your ad keeps the plan you've already paid for until then, and renews at the lower price.
We may change our prices. A new price applies to an existing plan only after we've emailed you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will try again, and your ad stops showing until the payment goes through. If it still isn't paid, the plan ends.
Instead of a monthly plan, you can pay for each view. A view is counted when most of your ad appears on a member's screen, in the Intro10 feed or above one of the app's games; ads that load but are never scrolled to aren't counted. Each view costs 25 cents.
You choose, for each ad, the most you'll spend per week, how far from your ZIP code it reaches, and how often it shows (low, medium, or high frequency, which sets how many times a day one member can see it and how often it's picked). We'll never charge you more than an ad's weekly maximum for a week; once it's reached, the ad stops showing until the next week, and any views that happen to be counted after the maximum is reached are free.
Pay-per-view charges are billed weekly, after the week's views, to the card you add through Stripe. Nothing is charged when you add the card. If a weekly payment fails, your pay-per-view ads stop showing until it goes through.
You can pause an ad, change its settings, or turn off pay per view at any time. Turning it off pauses your pay-per-view ads and sends a final bill for views up to that point.
You can cancel a plan at any time from your advertiser account. Canceling stops all future charges. Your ad keeps running until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then stops. Until then, you can undo the cancellation.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We don't give refunds or credits for:
There are only two exceptions. If we charge you by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a billing error, we'll refund that charge. And if we remove your ad or end our advertising program for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of your current month. We'll also give any refund that the law requires.
If you think you were charged by mistake, email admin@intro10.com within 30 days of the charge. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; disputing a valid charge may lead to your account being suspended.
Ads appear in the Intro10 feed between member profiles and above the app's games (such as Heart Stack and Date Night Trivia), labeled "Sponsored", to members whose profile ZIP code is within your plan's distance of your ad's ZIP code. We don't guarantee any number of views, taps, customers, or sales, or that the Service will always be available.
Your account shows each pay-per-view ad's paid views and spending for the current week. Your account and report link show how many times your ad was shown and tapped and how many members saw it. We never tell advertisers who saw or tapped an ad.
You may not try to identify, contact, or collect information about Intro10 members through your ads or reports, except when a member chooses to visit your website or contact you.
How we handle your own account information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your advertiser account if you break these Terms, don't pay, or put members at risk. When that happens, your ads stop right away and your plans are canceled, without a refund.
You can stop advertising at any time by canceling your plans. To close your advertiser account completely, email admin@intro10.com.
You agree to defend and hold Go77 Technology LLC harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your ads, your products or services, or your breaking these Terms or the law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go77 Technology LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or business, arising from advertising on Intro10. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and email you. Continuing to advertise after a change takes effect means you accept it.
